We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. User Account & Eligibility

  • Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. YouthIconz reserves the right to terminate accounts or cancel orders at its discretion.
  • Age Requirement: Users under 18 may only use this site under the supervision of a legal guardian.
  • Communication: By creating an account, you consent to receive promotional emails and SMS updates from YouthIconz.

3. Pricing, Colors & Sizing

  • Pricing: We strive for accuracy; however, if an item is priced incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
  • Currency: Payments are processed in INR. Prices shown in foreign currencies are indicative and subject to prevailing exchange rates.
  • Color Variation: Actual product colors may vary slightly from your screen due to device settings and photographic lighting.
  • Sizing: A size chart is provided for every product. A minor variation of 0.3 to 0.5 inches in ready-made garments is considered normal and acceptable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing: Orders are quality-checked and shipped from Pune, Maharashtra, within 24 hours.
  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner.
  • Domestic Shipping: FREE Shipping applies to all prepaid orders within India.
  • International Shipping: Fees are calculated based on weight at checkout. Buying multiple items significantly reduces per-item shipping costs.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

To ensure service for genuine buyers, COD is subject to the following:

  • Eligibility: Available for orders below ₹9,999 (excludes the Fabrics Section).
  • Prepayment: A mandatory non-refundable COD Shipping Fee must be paid online to confirm the order.

  • Non-Refundable: The COD fee is strictly non-refundable if the order is rejected at the door or cancelled after dispatch.

6. International Duties & Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties or customs taxes assessed by their country. YouthIconz is not responsible for non-delivery if the recipient refuses to pay these local charges, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. Privacy & Security

We use industry-standard technology to protect your data. We only share personal information with necessary third parties (couriers, payment gateways) to complete your transaction. Your data is kept confidential and used only for business dealings between you and YouthIconz.
