We offer a Hassle-Free Return Pickup service. Please review our terms below to ensure a smooth process.

1. The Essentials

  • Window: Returns/Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Reporting Issues: Damage or wrong items must be reported via WhatsApp (+91 8390205500) within 24 hours.
  • Condition: Items must be unwashed, unaltered, and unused with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exclusions: Items from the Fabrics Section are custom-cut and cannot be returned.
  • Exchange Limit: Products can be exchanged only once.

2. Domestic Returns (India)

We treat Prepaid and COD orders differently to reward our online customers:

3. International Returns

  • Process: Buyers must ship items back to our designated office at their own expense.
  • Refund: Issued as Store Credit only, excluding original shipping costs.
  • Size Check: Please use our size charts carefully to avoid international return costs.

4. How to Start Your Return (3 Easy Steps)

  1. WhatsApp Us: Message +91 8390205500 with your Order Number and a Photo of the product with the brand tag visible.
  2. Get Approval: We will provide a Return Reference Number and schedule a pickup (within 2–4 working days).
  3. Verification: Once received, our quality team verifies the item. Store credit is issued within 2 working days.
    • If your PIN code is not serviceable for pickup, we will ask you to self-ship via a tracked courier.
