Appus Collections is a firm incorporated under the laws of India and it owns the web domain YouthIconz.com. These "Terms and Conditions" apply to the website (www.youthIconz.com), Appus Collections and all of its divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliate operated Internet sites. Appus Collections & web domain YouthIconz.com will be referred hereafter as YouthIconz.

You confirm your understanding of the Terms and Conditions upon accessing the site. You may not use this website if these Terms and Conditions are not agreeable to you.
The site reserves the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any point of time. Changes will be effective when posted on the site with no other prior notice. Please check these Terms and Conditions regularly for updates. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. YouthIconz at its own discretion reserves the right to not accept a user from registering on the website without assigning any reason thereof.

Please notify YouthIconz immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, if occurred. YouthIconz and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

Use of this website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts. As a minor (under the age of 18 years) if you wish to carry out any transactions with YouthIconz, such transaction may be made by your legal guardian or parents who have registered as users of YouthIconz. Upon creating an account with YouthIconz, the user confirms his/her acceptance to receive promotional/update e-mails and SMS from Appus Collections/YouthIconz. The user further also consents the acceptance of the terms and conditions to him/her.

Privacy & Security Policy

We take utmost care to protect your privacy and assure that the transaction which is done on our website is secured with latest technology available. YouthIconz collects information rendered by you at the time of registering an account or by doing a transaction with us. This information will be kept confidential to be used for dealing between you and YouthIconz. We may share your personal information with third parties or affiliates of YouthIconz only, wherever it is necessary for us to complete a transaction you authorized. (Such as courier companies, payment gateway supporters etc) The User hereby permits, and agrees that YouthIconz can use the information given for business dealing and any other requirement of YouthIconz dealing between the user and YouthIconz

YouthIconz assures that all information on its website is true, but does not guarantee or warrant & does not make any representations for the quality, or completeness of any information, product or service. YouthIconz shall not be held responsible for non-availability of the website due to technical reasons or for any reason beyond its control. YouthIconz will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential damages.

Pricing/ Color

We shall provide the most accurate price information on the site to our users. However, if in case the price of an item is displayed incorrectly on the website, then, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices may change anytime at YouthIconz discretion.
Please note that there may be some variations in the actual color of the product than you see on your device screen. This is due to the variation in the settings of different types of device screen or lighting during photography.

Delivery of your order

We ship all the items after verifying the quality of the product. Products are shipped out of our head office located in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you, once the shipment is handed over to the courier company.

Please note that, there can be cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. You may be asked to provide additional verification or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before the order is executed. YouthIconz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. We will arrange to refund the full amount which you have paid for an order that is cancelled by YouthIconz for various reasons.

*All orders above INR 750.00 are shipped without any additional shipping charges to your address within India. For orders less than INR 750.00, a minimal shipping fee of INR 100.00 will be applicable for deliveries within India. All international deliveries will be charged for shipping based on the weight of the parcel and the ongoing international shipping rates; the same will show in the checkout section before proceeding for payment.

All orders will be shipped through reputable courier companies and details of the courier will be provided to you through e-mail/SMS.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for orders above INR 1000/- and below INR 10,000/-.
• Only Indian rupees are accepted as payment at the time of delivery. Cheques, DD, etc. are not acceptable.
• COD service is available only for deliveries in India and to selected pin codes. The COD payment option will be active in your account only if your pin code is in the COD serviceable list.
• COD payment option will be disabled in your login if an earlier order is pending delivery and if the total billing of both the orders cross INR 10,000/-.
• COD payment option may also be disabled in certain account based on our long term experience.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India

Duties and Taxes

All YouthIconz orders are shipped from our head office in Pune, Maharashtra, India to your provided shipping address. The majority of orders will not have to pay any additional import duties and taxes. However, in case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. Our shipping partner will arrange to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. YouthIconz takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and also refund will not be provided for such cases.

Trademark & Registration

YouthIconz is a brand registered under Trademark Authority of India along with our tag line Inspiring Youth in You. Any violation of trademarks by any person/s or firm or entity will be liable for legal action.

Sizing

There is a size chart provided with each and every product on their respective product pages. However. There may be slight variation from the actual size and the size given in the size charts. These variations however shall not be more than 0.3-0.5 inches in case of ready-made garments which is considered to be normal.

Updates

YouthIconz reserves the right to add, delete or modify the content of the website, policy and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. To make sure you are aware of any changes, please review this periodically.
