We take care of your return pick up. It's Simple and Hassle Free.
  • Returns/Exchanges, if any, need to be made within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • If in case you have received a wrong item or damaged item or if you wish to exchange please notify us through e-mail (info@youthiconz.com) or WhatsApp us on +91-8390205500 within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
  • The item must not be used, washed or altered and should be returned in its original packing keeping the merchandise tag intact.
  • The product can be exchanged only once, and the replaced product cannot be exchanged again.
  • Returned items will be verified by our quality team once received and the cost of goods will be credited to your account with YouthIconz as store refund credit in 2 working days, provided the merchandise is returned with the original receipt and merchandise tag, is not used, washed or altered and returned in its original packing.
  • The credited amount can be used for any future purchase from YouthIconz.
  • For international returns the refund amount will be excluding the courier charges paid at the time of processing the order.
Steps for return
  1. Send us an email to info@youthiconz.com or WhatsApp us on +91 8390205500 with a picture of the product having brand tag visible that is to be returned.
  2. Make sure to mention the Order Number, Product Code and Reason for Return.
  3. Upon receipt of your email or WhatsApp message we will reply you with a return reference number.
  4. Pack the items properly. Make sure to return the original boxes and do check if the merchandise tag is intact. Inform us through e-mail or WhatsApp message once the parcel is ready for collection.
  5. We will arrange return pick-up through our courier and they will contact you for collection within 2 to 4 working days from the time of your e-mail or WhatsApp message.
  6. YouthIconz values its customers and takes every possible step to support an easy return and exchange policy. We offer maximum 3 FREE return pick-ups from an individual customer in a financial year. (Applicable for orders within India only)
  7. For international returns, the buyer has to courier the items back to our office and the courier charges for the return shall be borne by the buyer.
  8. If our courier does not have a return pick up service from your area, we would inform you to send the parcel to our address through any other reputed courier in your locality. Select a courier who is capable of providing online tracking of shipping status.
  9. If the parcel is self-shipped from your end, make sure to get one copy of the courier slip of the return and advise us the return tracking number and courier company name through email or WhatsApp message.
  10. We will intimate you through email or WhatsApp message once the items are received by us and keep you updated with further process.
